WOOOHOOO! BLOCKS ARE OVERRR!!
fast, isn't it? it's just a mere 4 days, of extreme anxiety and chionging. HAHA!

currently, there are just 2 things that kinda dampens my mood.
1. my teeth hurts cos i just went to tighten my braces today.
2. some very last minute thing that the school decided to do. oh wells, i shall be enthusiastic about it. OH! IT'S COMING!! (yeahhh..)

although blocks is over, i think i screwed chinese, physics and chem :/ hahaha! surprisingly, bio and ih isn't in the list, when they are my 2 worse subjects. didn't screw math up cos i had help the day before. :)

after blocks, now, it seems like i have nothing much to do. how will i feel like after eoys? relief that it will be over then, "errr.. what to do now huh?" HAHA! i don't know, it's just weird. when it was the blocks period, i just didn't want to study and slack my ass off. now, when i can slack my ass off, i don't know how to slack! maybe i was slacking way too much during blocks period. but i must say, that was one blocks i didn't really study for.

however, i felt that the month of july passed by very very slowly. when i thought that i had my braces on for a very long time, i only had it on for one month! exactly one month today! HAHA! yanting was saying that she's very used to me having braces and krystal braceless. haha! but really, i don't remember how i looked without braces..

now, i shall find ways to slack. SLACKING TIME! the best thing is that, THERE'S NO HOMEWORK TO BE HANDED IN TMR COS IT'S NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATIONS, THEREFORE, THERE IS NOT A NEED TO CHIONG!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!! xD

went to watch the national day parade with krystal and yanting yesterday. this year's ndp was much much much better than last year's! the concept for the whole show, different from previous years. daring and nice! :) had so much fun with yanting and krystal! LOL!! and yanting was moaning for a blue bag the entire time, even after the parade. haha! i wanted the blue bag too, but i'm satisfied with my light green one. hahaha! my mom got the dark green one, so i have 2 shades of green!
yanting is an ultimate joker!! when we entered the bag collection area, they were giving out bread. so yanting went, "EH! YELLOW SECTOR YELLOW BREAD ARH!" when every sector, regardless of the colour, got the same bread. the person who was giving out the bread was very amused by her comment too. LOL!! after that, she still felt that she made sense and started listing out the flavours of different breads with different coloured packaging. like blue - blueberry, red - strawberry, etc.
after the parade, we went to some jap restaurant to eat. almost the whole meal, krystal was trying to pyscho yanting and i to try her veg, cos she claims that it's very nice. HAHA! i tried it and felt that it was ok only. lol! then we talked about people going vegetarian. yanting made a very good point: if she and i go vegetarian, everyone will be so shocked. it will be a miracle! HAHAHAHA!
my mom just told me today that we actually had 5 tickets to the red sector instead of 4. haha! oh wells, never mind! the yellow sector is right beside the red sector so it doesn't really make much of a difference. haha! so, my mom, her 2 friends and my cousin went. she ended up giving one red sector ticket to a baby cos the baby's mom thought that babies don't need a ticket although it's clearly state at the back of the ticket that babies and children require one seperate ticket.

tmr's the first day of blocks and i don't feel prepared at all. i'm sooo dead for this blocks, esp for ih, lang arts and math...
but the funny thing is that, although i know that i'm not extremely prepared for blocks, i'm not stressed over it. funny right? hahaha! i don't know, it just seems like i'm super bo chap about the second blocks. it really doesn't feel like my blocks is tomorrow.

i shall go back to studying ih!

today, mr tan told us effective studying tips. hahaha! it was rather hilarious.
he told us that during his jc days, his school life was like this:
go home from school, eat, sleep, eat, study, eat, study, sleep. HAHA!
eat so much! :/

i still don't really feel the stress. i know blocks is next week, but all i've started studying is probably math.

2 weeks to blocks, 10 weeks to eoys :O and soon, it will be new year again.

yesterday was elections during dance. haha! i really didn't like the interview part, was super restless. and i wasn't the only one. haha!
BUT ANYWAYS, CONGRATS TO XIAOTONG, JIAYI AND AUDRIE! xD

after dance, we went to ucc for the syf dance presentation (or closing ceremony). i didn't know that hcjc chinese dance was performing until jiayi was telling teo ying during dance yesterday. haha! yes, i'm lag. i didn't really know what the concert was about until i went to ucc. LOL!
there were a few items that was very very nice. first, there's hcjc (of course la! HAHA!), cedar girls, catholic high and yishun town. it was my second or third time watching the hcjc chinese dance syf performance. haha! it was still nice (: cedar modern dance has the same teacher as nanyang modern dance. lol! figured it out when i realised that there were steps that looked very much like our modern dance's syf piece. catholic high was a all guys dance (DUHH, boys' school what -.-). it was my second time seeing a all-guys dance performance, and i must say, i'm impressed. haha! it was good. it was my second time watching yishun town's chinese dance. first time was during our syf day, we managed to watch them perform after our performance. i remembered teoying and linkai liking it A LOT. hahaha! their techniques are good and they are damn neat! dai zu wu is not that easy ok! hahaha!

today went to expo with xinni. walked around till our legs hurt. HAHA! nice stuff there (:
went to bugis after that. we wanted to go to the toilet and the queue to the toilet is so BLOODY LONG! and the male toilet didn't even have a queue -.-

gonna start mugging tmr...

I realize.....actually there're some things which i haven't gotten over, and probably never will.
I just simply reached a point where it doesnt bother me as much anymore.
Period.



Anyway, today was library with Twinsoul and it went welllll.
K, maybe except the part where the noisy people with the B___-look-alike came in, and....... we...........hahahahahahahahahaha.

Yesterday was great, maybe not the movie but the people. Only thing is, the day was pretty short. Harry Potter.............makes me miss London. Really, my favouritestestest country!!!! Miss everything there, from the tube( train ) to the musicals and people. I love UK!!!!!!

Ok and guess what. When we were walking towards the lift, i saw a figure who looked like Amanda, and she was in Nanyang uniform. I went forward and almost called out her name when I realize it's not her. Then.... after the movie, Amanda texted me to ask if I've watched Harry Potter, and i called her. We realized that... both of us were at the same place at the same time, her movie at 4.20, mine at 4.40. She went to Burger Kings, and so did I. She claimed that the person I saw whom i thought looked like her was her, cause she was sure that only two groups of NYGS people were at cine, her own and her friends' group, and there's nobody in her friends' group who looked like her at all. But.............. I'm still very sure that the person i saw is not her, Amy too(she saw the girl)!

Ok after leaving this post here for like hours, i don't feel like typing anymore cause Twinsoul and I are currently going high now HA HA HA HA HA HA CAN'T STOP LAUGHING OMG.

it's term 3 week 3 already :O
time passes really really fast when you have so many things to do.
it just occurred to me today that blocks is in a few weeks time and i have not prepared for it. AT ALL!

i should stay back in school to finish up all my chem ws on electrolysis in school tmr. today's chionging math worksheets after school was effective! HAHA! at least i managed to get my worksheets done, after going "WHAT THE SHIT?!" many many times.

i think i will do badly for oral this term. i can't seem to pronounce my words properly, both chinese and english. but i think chinese is worst than english, luckily i don't have any presentations for chinese! (:
i have 3 oral presentations this term :( it sucks having speech problems. 3 MONTHS!!!

i'm kinda caught between bio and phy. i don't know which science i should take in jc. ms chee and mrs seah allowed us to look through the jc syllabus during the SIL period yesterday so that we can decide on what subject combinations we want to take in jc. initially, i had my mind on pcme, but now, i might want to take biology instead of physics cos the syllabus for bio seems so much more interesting. (THERE'S NO PLANT TOPIC!) the bio topics in jc are much more interesting than the topics that we have in secondary school. BUT i suck at memorising and answering bio questions, cos my termilogy simply sucks. then the physics topics offered in jc are somewhat similar to those offered in secondary school, only more in-depth. i just feel that i can score better for physics, but the topics don't really seem to interest me :/
and i am definately not going into the arts stream. humanities is not a subject for me.

i've completed my written task! (:
i felt a great sense of achievement and satisfaction when i finished it. hahahaha! it's not easy trying to come up with an f(x) that fulfills the criteria.

i should really start preparing for my blocks and get my sec 3 files back from my junior.

Detention for the first time in my life!


And it's cause................................................i was late for school. For 5 minutes. Oh yeah Amanda continue laughing, isn't it long proven that the nearer people stays to the school, the later they reach?
But it was quite alright actually, it turned out to be a study session with Dawn and Amy ( who were late too cause we sort of met right outside the gate and walked right into mr chua )
but it was spoilt by this......female short-haired and short and pole-like teacher,
who went to complain to mr chua about me and Dawn listening to our earpiece.
Like ok wth, people study better with music CANNOT AH?!??!
We didn't cause any disturbance right, so do you have a problem?!
Mr chua saw us long ago and didn't even say anything, so what's your problem huh.
Plus you have no guts to tell us off yourself, must gao4 zhuang4 to higher authority and leave it to him to deal with us is it!
& what has us listening to earpiece during detention got anything to do with you anyway!!!! Z!!

3 consecutive hours of maths is a killer, i swear. Was feeling kinda angsty the whole of today, probably a random moodswing, just hope that it won't lasts.

Anyway i hate being home alone, when's my new maid coming........?! & after 4 years of being in Chung Cheng, I didn't actually realize till now how irritating it is to have our Silver Buttons. Taking out and putting them back again is so....er stupid.


Ok i thought i had something else to say but i kinda forgot. Do you sometimes get the feeling of forgetting something then remembering it slightly again, but the memory/idea slipping off your mind? So in the end you can't recall a single thing. Sucks.

the shanghai people came today. attached to my class were 2 girls from 市三女中 in shanghai, the only girls' school there. haha! and they were really really nice! (:
i think our class is really lucky, we keep getting nice students attached to our class (:
they are going to come back into the class to sui ban shang ke with us on wednesday.

today was my third time this week going to dhoby ghaut. hahaha! but this time, i went to eat ben and jerry's for free! ok, it was free for teoying and me but not wenqi cos she was the one paying for it. hahaha! that's what you get when you volunteer to do her street sales when she was so desperate (:

i was watching the michael jackson memorial on channel v just now with my mommy and sister. haha! and i really liked the last song! this song was supposed to be performed during his world tour. this song is very heartwarming, talks about world peace and stuff. the best part was when everyone came together and sang. it really touched my heart (:

(hey, looks like i'm not that heartless after all. haha!)

and there's this song, you are not alone, that i liked quite long ago, but never knew who the singer was. just realised a few days back when mtv was showing his videos that the singer is michael jackson. HAHA! cos i used to think that his songs were like thriller and black or white cos they were the only songs that i manage to hear when my dad used to blast michael jackson's videos when he was trying to test out the quality of a new tv or stereo system he bought. lol!

went to bengawan solo AGAIN to buy buy pandan cake for foreign students coming into the class to attend lessons AGAIN. haha!

yesterday, we just said goodbye to the taiwan-fudan people, tomorrow, we will be welcoming the shanghai-fudan people who are here to attend the 双边研讨会 on monday. haha! still remembered last year when i went there, the facilitator from the shanghai side asked us, the singaporean facils, what gay, lesbian and pervert were in english. LOL! quite funny.

Ok, great, so now we have to queue like mad every morning for the dumb thumbprint thing?

And it's so embarrassing for people whose access got denied and he/she is going to get irritated and annoyed glares from people behind queueing. E.g Today Veron's access got denied thrice and people were staring.

Trust us to think that it was cool at first, to have the thumbprint-attendance-taking-system..which turns out to be such a waste.of.time. For students, that is...

Actually.....it's alright, if not for the queueing part. They should put one machine for every class .

Or maybe everyday TWO classes.

i had quite a good time today (:
first period, language arts, was a free period cos mr kaw was on mc! HAHA! just nice, on friday, when he was still in school, i didn't go, and when i'm back, he is on mc! (:
so we started cam whoring among ourselves and with the taiwan people. hahaha!
i got to interact more with the taiwan people, but sadly it was a little too late cos it was their last day here ): they are going off to malaysia tomorrow.

after school we went to plaza sing with the taiwan people. haha! it was quite fun (:

BUT braces are NOT FUN! it gives you ulcers in your mouth, which hurt like mad. ahhh..
luckily it didn't hurt yesterday and i was still able to eat a decent meal (:
